Entrance Fees
Entrance fees for houses at The Woods start at $225,000. All entrance fees are dependent upon size, amenities and refund plan. *
The following options are provided for entrance fees:
Asset Preservation Plan:
This plan offers a permanent 50% refund or healthcare credit on the entrance fee amount. The entrance fee, less the 50% refund or healthcare credit and the non-refundable deposit of $5,000, is reduced at a rate of 2% a month for 50 months. *
Estate Preservation Plan:
This plan offers a permanent 75% refund or healthcare credit for future healthcare. The balance of the entrance fee, less the non-refundable deposit of $5,000, is reduced at a rate of 2% a month for 50 months. *
Monthly Reduction Plan:
This plan offers a permanent 50% refund or healthcare credit for future healthcare coupled with a $300 monthly reduction (seen as credit on monthly statements) for as long as the resident occupies the home. The balance of the entrance fee, less the non-refundable deposit of $5,000, is reduced at a rate of 2% a month for 50 months. *

Houses — The Woods:
Monthly service fees for single occupancy is $2,001 and includes electricity, property taxes, interior and exterior maintenance, transportation, security, trash removal and lawn care.
**Monthly fee for an additional person is $149.
*All refunds are payable after the accommodation is vacated and occupied by a new resident. Available options and additions will increase the entrance fee.
