Skilled Nursing at the Health Center

Cornwall Manor’s skilled nursing care is administered in private and semi-private rooms at our 117-bed Health Center. We provide outstanding physical, occupational and speech therapy services, as well as personalized Care Plans for each resident. Three daily meals are served restaurant-style, with special diets supervised by a staff dietician.

Skilled nursing care daily rates:
$254 - Private room
$229 - Semi-private room

The Health Center is Medicare and Medicaid certified.

Garden View - A Center for Dementia Care

Garden View in the Cornwall Manor Health Center offers a secure environment specifically designed for residents with Alzheimer's or other dementia-related diseases.

Dementia care daily rates:
$260 - Private room
$235 - Semi-private room
