Entrance Fees

Entrance fees range from $19,000 to $218,000 for studios, suites, efficiencies and apartments.

Entrance fees for houses on the main campus range from $74,000 to $248,000 depending on size and amenities.

For houses at The Woods, entrance fees start at $222,000. All entrance fees are dependent upon size, amenities and refund plan.

There are three options are provided for entrance fees:

Traditional Plan:
This plan allows for a lower capital outlay when compared to the asset preservation plan. The entrance fee, less the non-refundable $5,000 deposit, is reduced at a rate of 2% a month for 50 months.

Asset Preservation Plan:
This plan offers a permanent 50% refund or healthcare credit on the entrance fee amount. The entrance fee, less the 50% refund or healthcare credit and the non-refundable deposit of $5,000, is reduced at a rate of 2% a month for 50 months.

Estate Preservation Plan:
This plan offers a permanent 75% refund or healthcare credit for future healthcare. The balance of the entrance fee, less the non-refundable deposit of $5,000, is reduced at a rate of 2% a month for 50 months.

All refunds are payable after the accommodation is vacated and occupied by a new resident.

Monthly Fees

Studios and Suites:
Monthly service fees for single occupancy range from $1,433 to $1,679* based on the size and amenities of the studio or suite. The monthly fee covers many services and amenities, including weekly linen service, biweekly housekeeping, two daily meals, maintenance and utilities (except phone and cable).
*Monthly fee for an additional person is $417.

Apartments:
Monthly service fees for single occupancy range from $1,121 to $2,247* based on the size and amenities of the apartment. The monthly fee covers many services and amenities, including monthly housekeeping, maintenance and utilities (except phone and cable).
*Monthly fee for an additional person is $297.

Houses — Main Campus:
Monthly service fees for single occupancy range from $1,448 to $1,933*. For monthly service fees for houses at The Woods, click here. The monthly fee covers many services and amenities, including maintenance and utilities (except phone, cable and heat).
*Monthly fee for an additional person is $149.

Houses — The Woods:
Monthly service fees for single occupancy is $1,933 and includes electricity, property taxes, interior and exterior maintenance, transportation, security, trash removal and lawn care.
*Monthly fee for an additional person is $149.
