Individuals who live in residential accommodations at Cornwall Manor have access to our on-site Visiting Physicians Office. The office is conveniently located in the center of the Cornwall Manor campus.

Routine medical needs and annual physicals can be scheduled here. Physicians have office hours here on weekdays and are on call for Cornwall Manor residents 24 hours a day. Transportation to off-campus medical appointments is also available.

A Community Health Services Nurse is on staff at Cornwall Manor to coordinate and supervise health services for campus residents. The Community Nurse serves as the link between residents, families, physicians and the Cornwall Manor Health Services staff.

• 24-hour emergency coverage provided by the Health Center nursing staff
• Quick response to the emergency call system installed in all accommodations.
• Monitoring of a resident’s progress following hospitalization.
• Pharmacy service available six days a week for residents, with a one-day turnaround time for routine medications.
• On-site audiology and optometry services by appointment.
