The Woods at Cornwall Manor

The Woods at Cornwall Manor is a 109-acre expansion located just a short distance from the Buckingham Campus of Cornwall Manor Continuing Care Retirement Community.

The Woods at Cornwall Manor offers a variety of house styles and floor plans to suit your needs. These new construction homes range from 1,400 to 1,800+ square feet and include two or three bedrooms, two full baths, and one- or two-car attached garages. Floor plans for each house style are listed below.

Dogwood

The Dogwood (1180 square feet) is our newest Woods house design, a duplex featuring two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a traditional living room/dining room or open great room. Additional options include an open deck. The Dogwood floor plan will be available in our third Woods neighborhood, The Grove.

Conifer

The Conifer (1400 square feet) features 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, an open living room with cathedral ceiling, dining room, eat-in kitchen and one car garage.

Willow

The Willow (1600 square feet) features 2 bedrooms and 2 baths, an open living room with cathedral ceiling, dining room and eat-in kitchen. Additional options include a gas fireplace, sunroom or deck.
